Certified Holistic Health Coach with an approach rooted in the belief that gut health is the foundation of overall well-being and that food is one of our most powerful forms of medicine. Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and Western holistic practices, Stephanie supports women experiencing symptoms like fatigue, digestive issues, hormone imbalances, poor sleep, and low immunity. Women approaching or currently experiencing perimenopause or menopause who are seeking knowledge, community support, and practical strategies for managing symptoms and navigating this life transition with confidence.
What is the maximum group size?
We limit each cohort to 20 participants maximum to ensure a safe, interactive community where everyone has space to share and receive personalised attention from our facilitators.
Will the sessions be recorded for later viewing?
To maintain confidentiality and create a safe sharing environment, sessions are live-only and not recorded. However, comprehensive handouts and resources will be provided for download after each session.
What happens if I miss a session?
While we encourage consistent attendance for the best experience, we understand life happens. You'll receive session summaries and key exercises if you miss a meeting.
Upon registration, you'll receive payment confirmation and a comprehensive welcome packet via email with everything you need to begin your transformative journey.
